Phil Sutfin Co-founder
Prior to co-founding ACM, Phil has been at the vanguard for the voiceover industry as both a talent manager and agent. At ICM in New York, he helmed one of the nation’s largest voice over departments offering complete services in commercials, promos, trailers, narrations, animation and celebrity endorsements. As a talent agent, Phil began his career at Don Buchwald Associates before founding the on-air promotions department at Schiffman, Eckman, Morrison & Marx (SEM&M). Most recently, Phil founded Flatirons Creative Management; a specialized voice-over firm. Phil has a BFA from University of Colorado, an MFA from Columbia University and currently resides in Manhattan.

Marc Guss Co-founder
Marc approaches ACM with the same tradition, passion, and strategic expertise that has defined his career, consistently transforming talent into multi-dimensional successes. Prior to co-founding ACM Talent, he spent over a decade at WME as a Vice President, representing A-list celebrity and branded talent while negotiating high-level deals for some of the most sought-after voices in the world. He is also the best-selling author of Instincts of a Talent Agent: Entrepreneurial Takeaways from an Industry Insider. Marc is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and admitted to practice in New York. At ACM, he leverages this background to structure impactful deals, protect client interests, and build long-term, sustainable careers.

Robyn Starr Executive Director; ACM East
Robyn has been one of the nations’ top voice over agents for over two decades at some of the most prestigious agencies in the nation. As an agent at Abrams Artists and then Don Buchwald Associates in New York she earned top praise for her collaborations with voice over performers, industry advertising giants and casting directors. Robyn’s passion for artist development has been a career long industry standard and her success nurturing client careers have made her one of the most sought out professionals in the business. Robyn attended the Newhouse School at Syracuse University where she majored in Television, Radio and Film Production.

Erik Seastrand Executive Director; ACM West
Erik’s voiceover representation expertise is unparalleled in the industry at the very highest level. He joined ACM after 20 years as Head of WME’s Voiceover Department. Erik was tasked to helm the William Morris Agency Voiceover Department in 2000 where he continued through the merger with Endeavor all the way into 2020. Born and proudly raised in Chicago and Wisconsin, he began his representation career at CESD in Chicago before venturing West and joining ICM’s Commercial Department in LA. Erik is a resident of Los Angeles, an esteemed graduate of the University of Iowa and holds a law degree from Hamline University.

Andrew Atkin Director of Promos, Trailers and Narration
Andrew brings a wealth of entertainment industry experience to the team at ACM. He is a graduate of Ohio State University and subsequently received his MFA in Film and TV from Chapman University in California. He began his career in voice over in Los Angeles Sutton, Barth & Vennari (SBV) before advancing to the William Morris Agency where he pioneered the West Coast promo & trailer department. His creative expertise, allows him to nurture contacts in all areas of entertainment--from actors and producers, to a variety of decisions makers and creative personnel. Currently, he oversees all work related to trailers, movie promotions and advertising for ACM.

Jeffrey Umberger Talent Manager
Jeffrey Umberger joined forces with ACM Talent after 15 years of being a dynamic force in the burgeoning Atlanta voiceover community. He began his career as a casting producer in film, television, and advertising. In 2010, Jeffrey opened The Umberger Agency to address the vibrant and diverse needs of Atlanta’s creative marketplace. As a result, The Umberger Agency saw tremendous growth throughout the nation and internationally. Jeffrey is proud to be highly regarded as an advocate for performers’ rights.
