Marc approaches ACM with the same tradition, passion and skill he has demonstrated throughout his career as an agent by turning talent into multi-dimensional industry successes. Most recently an agent at William Morris Endeavor and Vice President for over a decade at the William Morris Agency, Marc has represented A-list celebrity and branded talent while negotiating deals for the most sought after voices in the world. Prior to William Morris, Marc created the first promo department at Abrams Artists Agency, had a celebrity agent apprenticeship with SEM&M’s Fred Schiffman, and worked at CESD, one of the industry’s top commercial talent agencies. Marc graduated from Syracuse University College of Law and is admitted to practice law in New York.

After graduating from Syracuse University’s College of Law, Marc was admitted to practice law in New York and immediately began working for CESD, one of the industry’s top commercial talent agencies. This was followed by an apprenticeship under Fred Schiffman, celebrity agent and president of the prestigious commercial talent agency, SEM&M. In less than six months, Marc was franchised there as an agent in the celebrity and sports department.

While at SEM&M, Marc was also certified as an NBA agent and pursued rising NBA stars for commercial endorsements. Marc was then brought into Abrams Artists, the New York talent agency, where he created the first voice-over promo department and also produced the agency’s first promo demo CD.

His big break came when the William Morris Agency was in search for an agent to create and lead their voice-over promo division in the New York commercial department. Just three years later, he was promoted to Vice President, where he was negotiating deals for the most sought-after voices in the world including Lauren Bacall, Stanley Tucci, Kevin Kline, Kevin Bacon, Jeremy Piven, Alfred Molina, Gillian Anderson, Gilbert Gottfried, Keith Jackson, Tony Roberts, Barry White, Michael Clarke Duncan, Tony Shalhoub, and John O’Hurley, among others.

In TV promos, he was responsible for negotiating network voice deals for HBO, TBS, MSNBC, Discovery, ESPN, EXTRA, the Olympics on NBC, and countless others. From WABC-TV New York to KCBS/KCAL in Los Angeles, Marc has represented prominent TV affiliate announcers from coast to coast. He has always been highly regarded as a “go-to” industry source for specialty branded voices including the voices of NFL Films, the Aflac duck, AOL’s “You’ve got mail”, Boxing’s “Let’s get ready to rumble”, the voice of Moviephone and other iconic voice talent.

In 2003, the William Morris scale commercial voice-over department in New York was restarted under Marc’s direction, where he oversaw scale and overscale national network commercial voice-over campaigns ranging from General Motors and Ford, to AFLAC, Samsung, Campbell’s, Coors Light, Quizno’s, and many others in virtually every product category. In addition to his coverage of commercials, promos, narrations, audio books and TV affiliate voices, Marc was a pioneer in radio imaging, creating WMA’s radio voice imaging division and going on to represent the finest radio imaging talent in the country from Z-100 and WKTU in New York, to KROQ and KIIS-FM in Los Angeles, and a few thousand more in between. He produced the industry’s first radio imaging CD and a host of others leading up to “Radio Voices: Ultimate Collection”, which featured the “who’s who” in radio imaging.

With an inherent entrepreneurial spirit, he continued to build businesses within the agency. Marc founded the radio broadcast department for William Morris and negotiated groundbreaking deals for clients including Whoopi Goldberg, Candace Bushnell, Rachel Maddow, Nick DiPaolo, and Monica Crowley.

Marc was responsible for signing World Champion Boxer, Floyd Mayweather, landing him his first national network commercial. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated deals for prominent celebrity talent including Martin Short, Jenny McCarthy, Marie Osmond, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Common, Belinda Carlisle, Ivanka Trump, Supernanny Jo Frost, Stuart Scott, Joey Fatone, NY Mets announcer Ron Darling, among many others. Following her run for president, and at Bob Dole’s suggestion, Marc was able to sign Elizabeth Dole, the first ever female candidate to run for president. Marc also signed the world-famous weight-loss institution, Weight Watchers, to the William Morris Agency as a corporate client.

Marc experienced many inspirational moments during his career as an agent. One in particular, was covering a voice-over session with Christopher Reeve and witnessing his relentless passion for perfection despite his physical struggles. Another important accomplishment of Marc’s WMA tenure followed the tragic events of 9/11, where along with management and the William Morris mailroom, Marc spearheaded the production of a tribute video for New York’s fallen firefighters and the Widows and Children’s fund.

Marc had the great pleasure of being part of the successful William Morris Endeavor merger. His entrepreneurial instincts led to the creation of ACM, where he now manages talent on multiple entertainment platforms.
